Our team is currently based out of Western and Eastern New York. The services we offer are strictly remote consultation, software development, and DevOps management. We can only offer on-premises support on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Within 24 hours of entering into a service agreement, you will be assigned a lead developer and will receive an email with a link to register for our ticketing platform as well as instructions on how to reach out directly in case of urgent needs. All work should be submitted through the ticketing platform, as it is the best way to track the work done, and to keep the needs and priorities of your organization straight.
All Retainer Service Agreement hours are billed on the first of the month, or upon the start of a new Retainer Service Agreement. As Needed Service Agreement hours and hours above your monthly Retainer Service Agreement allocation are billed on the 1st of the month (for hours worked between the 15th and last day of the previous month) and the 15th (for hours worked between the 1st and 15th day of the month).
We are a small group of seasoned and professional Senior Developers that all pull together part time to offer these service agreements to you. As such, you may be working with a different developer than usual depending on the time of day or week that you require assistance. Even so, each service agreement is assigned a lead developer who is responsible for understanding your business interests and ensuring that you get the best and most consistent support and development productivity possible.
Either, or both! Retainer and As-Needed Service Agreements are great for small numbers of hours over time for recurring tasks such as handling bugs, auditing systems, and building minor features into already established codebases and websites and could significantly cut costs for you when supplementing, or serving as your in-house development team.
Fixed cost projects are more economical when you know you'll need a significant amount of work done such as building a new website or software platform from scratch, doing a big data/hosting migration, etc. because we will work with your needs and budget to offer a quote that would be much more cost effective than billing every individual hour.
Like Retainer and As Needed Service Agreements, each fixed cost project is assigned a lead developer. At no cost to you, your lead developer will meet with you to gather the requirements for your project. Once that information is gathered, our team will collaborate to provide a quote for time and materials needed as well as a proposed timeline based on team bandwidth and availability. If the project is approved, we will generate an invoice for half up front, and half upon successful project completion.
